Jerome learned from a young age that with hard work and dedication, you can reach any goal you want to achieve. He has been in the gem industry for more than 25 years. He worked for a successful company for over 13 years gaining experience, knowledge about gems, and honing his customer service. He worked his way from the ground up, first building shelves, then moving to the Sales team, and finally becoming Operations Manager. With a friendly personality and natural leadership traits, his love for people has helped him become successful in this business.

Since he started working with gems, Jerome has had a dream of launching his own company. His dream came to fruition when he started his first company, Worldwide Gems, over 10 years ago, and has grown that company into what it is today, Worldwide Gems Minerals & Beads. These companies were created from passion and love, and was set up to fill people’s hearts with beautiful minerals, love of nature, and positive energy, including blessed vibrations. They reflect his style of service, commitment, devotion, and responsibility. Today, Worldwide Gems Minerals & Beads has a dedicated professional team that is well-versed in customer satisfaction and experience.
